Psychosocial Readiness Study

One view is a person. Several is an organisation.

The individual survey tells you how one person sees your organisation's psychosocial risk. The organisational version asks the same questions across several seats — board, executive, health and safety, and HR — and returns a confidential benchmark showing where those views agree and where they do not.

Participating organisations receive their benchmark whether or not the national report is published. No organisation is named in the report without written permission.
